We block certain kits and items for specific amounts of time to balance the server between paying players and non-paying players. We reserve the right to ban you without refund from the server for breaking server rules, having a previously EAC or Developer banned account with a ban less than 60 days old, defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity or otherwise violates any laws. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins and rules can be changed at any time. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, delayed delivery, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the IceRust team. All purchases are usually delivered within 15 minutes. However, this can be delayed in rare circumstances for up to 48 hours. We reserve the right to alter, update, or remove perks, privileges, permissions, services or products at any time.
